Amata’s shared office centers are home to a variety of businesses and organizations, including non-profits that need a flexible and affordable space to house their day-to-day operations. It was this flexibility, along with Amata’s personalized service, that appealed to veteran Chicago Bears player Israel “Izzy” Idonije, whose namesake foundation has been a client of Amata’s for the past five years.

What we do: The Israel Idonije Foundation (IIF) was started by NFL player Israel Idonije in 2007. IIF is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to impacting underserved communities by providing programs focused on social and emotional life skills. IIF’s five core programs include the IIF After-School Program, All-Star Football and Cheer Camps, Project Africa, Shop With A Cop and Youth Leaders Summer Internship.  IIF serves youth in Chicago; Winnipeg, Canada; and West Africa – all places Idonije has called home.

Why we chose Amata: We chose Amata for its incredible staff and services, as well as its state-of-the-art facilities. Since becoming an Amata client, the Foundation has been continually impressed with the support offered and the incredible investment Amata has made in the Foundation to benefit youth in the many communities IIF serves.  We truly feel like a part of the Amata family.

How Amata’s services have helped our organization:  Amata’s diversity of clients and connections has opened new doors for the Foundation. In addition to providing the Foundation with a productive and attractive work environment, Amata has connected IIF with donors and volunteers that have contributed to the Foundation’s sustainability. Amata’s staff is very professional and always goes above and beyond to assist and support with any needs. In particular, 180 N. LaSalle’s visitologist, Beth Lestingi, and her team have provided incredible assistance to IIF. We love them.
