Our Focus
Our journey began by managing the backend operations for lawyers, including tasks like litigation copy work and small print jobs. A commitment to great work led Amata to be chosen as the in-house printing partner for the American Bar Association, and continue expanding from there. Throughout this journey, our primary focus has been putting our clients first, doing whatever it takes to serve those who have trusted us with their business.

Amata was founded by Ron Bockstahler after realizing that building a thriving career was meaningless without balancing all other areas of our lives. Our big ‘why’ is improving profitability, simplifying growth, and promoting a healthier work/life balance for professionals like you. Since 2002, we have served more than 1800 lawyers and professional service firms. We also care deeply about those in need in Chicago and beyond, hence our commitment to donating time, money, and skills to our partner charities.

You can quickly and easily schedule a meeting with us any time using our Get Started page.
Charges specified in your agreement, such as office fees, are invoiced on the 10th day of the current month for the upcoming month, and payment is due on the 1st day of that following month. For example, office fees for the month of March will be invoiced by February 10th, with the invoice due on March 1st.
We bill for services in the billing cycle following the completion of those services. To illustrate, if a service, such as a filing, is completed on March 15th, the corresponding charges will appear on the invoice generated on April 10th, with payment due by May 1st. Depending on your office and admin support needs, a long-term contract may be necessary. However, we offer programs that boast flexible terms that are some of the best in the industry.
No, with our Virtual Office Services, you can become a member of the Amata community wherever you are!
Yes, Amata offers businesses flexible billing programs that are adjustable with a one-month notice, allowing your company to use as much or as little of our services as needed.
No, one of our office’s many benefits is a monthly pay-as-you-go feature. This has become the preferred payment method for most of our clients.
Yes, if you try one of our select services, like live receptionist, for at least 21 days and are not fully satisfied, we will provide you with a full refund.
