For clients who need extended access to multiple Amata locations.

Virtual Office Plus clients can add an additional location to their program with “after hours & weekend access to buildings and common areas for an additional $106/month, plus a $110 one-time setup for key card access. If a client is not a Virtual Office Plus or Physical Office client with Amata, they need to upgrade their existing program to one of these levels to add this program. There is no limit to how many additional locations a client may add with this program.

You can quickly and easily schedule a meeting with us any time using our Get Started page.

Charges specified in your agreement, such as office fees, are invoiced on the 10th day of the current month for the upcoming month, and payment is due on the 1st day of that following month. For example, office fees for the month of March will be invoiced by February 10th, with the invoice due on March 1st.

We bill for services in the billing cycle following the completion of those services. To illustrate, if a service, such as a filing, is completed on March 15th, the corresponding charges will appear on the invoice generated on April 10th, with payment due by May 1st. Depending on your office and admin support needs, a long-term contract may be necessary. However, we offer programs that boast flexible terms that are some of the best in the industry.
